The large 40 sq/m bedroom, with its queen-size bed leaning against the fireplace in lounge, will win you over with its spaciousness, sobriety and comfort. The bedroom has a small convertible bed that can accommodate a child up to ≈7 years old. It has a large wardrobe as well as plenty of storage space.
Adjoining the bedroom is a 9 sq/m study, with a view of the rooftops, that leads through to the 9 sq/m bathroom.
South-facing, this bathroom benefits from natural light thanks to a roof window and views over the garden.

Comfortable 20 sq/m room with queen-size bedding. As a hygiene measure, the beds are protected by double covers, "changed each time there is a change of tenants". The cot can accommodate a child up to ≈7 years old.
Adjoining the bedroom, the 8 sq/m shower room faces north, and also enjoys natural light thanks to a roof window .
